How we handle your information.

Three Skies is a product of Waveco Labs, LLC, based in Austin, Texas.

To produce your reading, we collect your name, email, and the birth date, time, and place for each chart you order. Payment is handled by Stripe, which sees your card details; we do not.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. It records page views and six specific actions — drawing a sample chart, leaving an email address afterwards, following the link from that sample to the offerings, joining a waitlist, opening the order form, and submitting it — together with the page you were on, the site you arrived from, your approximate location (city level), and your device and browser type. It does not record your name, email, or birth details, and none of it is connected to your order.

We share your information only with the services we use to operate: Stripe (payment), our email provider (delivery, and the mailing list if you join it), our hosting provider, and a geocoding service that converts the birthplace you enter into the coordinates needed for chart calculations.

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. The only email we send is about your order — unless you ask for more, by ticking the optional box on the order form, leaving your address with the sample chart, or joining the waitlist for a reading we have not released yet. All three add you to the same list of occasional notes about new readings, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send.

We retain your birth data so that if you lose your reading or order another, we can produce it from the original calculations. If you would prefer your data be deleted after delivery, write to us and we will do so.
